COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department said they were investigating a possible shooting on Friday. Officers were called out to reports of a possible shooting at 1236 Potter Dr., west of Mitchell High School on Friday evening around 7:30.

A man is dead after a police shooting in Colorado Springs outside a Walmart.

The Baton Rouge Police Department is attempting to identify a person who they believe is responsible for a shooting on Greenwell Springs Road.

On Wednesday, the Colorado Springs Police Department said they arrested a man tied to a shooting on Aug. 30.On Aug. 30, CSPD said they were called to a shooting in the 200 block of Bijou Court, east of Acacia Park.

Two women were hospitalized and one arrested from an attempted burglary Friday morning. At approximately 9:00 a.m., Colorado Springs Police were dispatched to a home on the 2900 block of Del Mar Circle in response to an in-progress burglary.
