A Delta Air Lines flight from Salt Lake City to Portland, Oregon, was forced to make an emergency landing minutes after takeoff because the plane’s cabin failed to properly pressurize. Some passengers on board began bleeding from their ears and noses.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating after pressurization issues on a Delta Air Lines flight forced the plane to turn around and caused injuries.
