MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, MI -- Police are asking for tips after a 21-year-old man was shot Sept. 12 with what police describe as life-threatening injuries. Officers responded to the area of Summit Avenue and Jarman Street about 10:50 p.m. Sept. 12 on a report of about a dozen shots fired.
