Visited here during the school holidays with 2 children 4 and under. The museum was clean and good facilities. Felt very small in comparison to other museums we have been to. Full review by Ben S

I think he'd have a great day the range of. animals and skeletons and hands on displays they have is amazing, our 4 year old granddaughter didn't want to leave after over 2 hours.

I parked in university car park D on higher Cambridge street which is only 5mins walk away. It’s a pay and display but price wasn’t ridiculous

Ask for bus stop nearest Manchester Museum, Oxford Road *Tram: nearest stop - St Peter’s Square (plus 10 minutes on the bus or 20 minutes on foot) See GMT metrolink website for further details. Train: Oxford Road (plus 5 minutes on the bus or 10 minutes on foot) Parking: Booth Street West (Car Park D - M15 6FH ) Monday-Friday, 6am-midnight: £3 for 3 hours. £5 for 6 hours. £2 after 4pm until midnight Saturday and Sunday, 6am-midnight: £2 all day We got the No.41 bus from Piccadilly Gardens - ask driver to let you know when to get off.
